ABOUT RONNIE
Ronnie has lived in Oxford for most of his life and took up the game at an early age. He quickly became hooked and after school graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Applied Golf Management Studies (AGMS). The degree combines sports science, coaching pedagogy and psychology with the opportunity to become PGA qualified.
After a busy stint as a PGA professional at Frilford Heath Golf Club, Ronnie now works at Oxford Golf Club where he combines working at the club with coaching and playing.
COACHING WITH RONNIE​
Ronnie has been coaching since 2018 and has worked with players of all abilities. He believes in a simplistic approach and prioritises tangible improvements by the end of each lesson.

Lessons with Ronnie take place at the fantastic Oxford Golf Club in Headington, founded in 1908. The club has a wide array of practice facilities including an indoor coaching studio equipped with a GC Quad launch monitor, short game area and championship putting green.
​
Sessions with Ronnie range from full swing technique on the driving range to playing lessons on the golf course. He also provides coaching for junior golfers individually and in groups during the school holidays.

MEN'S 'GET INTO GOLF' AT OXFORD GC
Ever fancy giving golf a try? Play a little in the past and looking to get back into it? Then these are the lessons for you!
From January 2025, Ronnie will be running group coaching sessions for male beginner or novice golfers.
This is a great chance to have a go, receive some guidance from a PGA Professional and meet other like minded people.
Ronnie will provide all the necessary equipment and spaces will be limited to 7 per lesson. Lessons will cost £10 and will last one hour.

Ronnie runs group coaching sessions for junior golfers every Sunday. These sessions last one hour and begin at 11am and 1pm. The cost is £9/ junior and all equipment if provided.
Holiday camps are also available during the school holidays. These last for 3 hours between 10am and 1pm and cost £35/junior. The next available camps are:

Junior Coaching

Ronnie is a keen player and enjoys working on his own game in his spare time.
​
He has been fortunate enough to have competed in 8 countries, and has won two local events as a professional.
​
Ronnie will be playing in an assortment of pro-ams at some of the best courses in the south of England in 2025 and is looking for teams of three amateurs to join him. Next year, this includes:

Pro-ams are a great chance to enjoy a day at a top course presented in tournament condition. With food and prizes included in the cost they also represent great value!
